In accordance with Section 04 of the Master Terms and Conditions, I contractually warrant and agree to the following prerequisites before entering the water or engaging with operational assets:

If executing this document as an owner, representative, or participant under a B2B Resort Alliance, Franchise Node, or Affiliate/Marketing program, I explicitly agree to the following network constraints:

Operational Replication. All network nodes and partner resorts must strictly match and execute the safety protocols, equipment benchmarks, and digital booking structures modeled by Signature Scuba Group Lombok.

No IP Infringement. I acknowledge that accessing portals, tracking links, or brand assets grants no permanent territorial rights, trademark utility, or operational Intellectual Property (IP). All master ownership remains exclusively with Signature Scuba Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Financial & Tax Indemnity. Regional partners, affiliates, and sub-licensed operators explicitly indemnify Signature Scuba Singapore Pte. Ltd. against any localized tax liabilities, currency fluctuations, or transaction processing penalties active within their specific operational territories.

In consideration of being permitted to book, travel with, partner with, or participate in activities organized by the Company, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE Signature Scuba Singapore Pte. Ltd., Signature Scuba Group Lombok, Thamarind Resort Gili Gede, all alliance resort partners, their directors, officers, employees, instructional staff, dive guides, and boat crews (collectively referred to as the Released Parties) from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for personal injury, illness, permanent disability, property damage, wrongful death, or commercial revenue disruption, regardless of how it occurs.

I further agree to INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS the Released Parties from any financial losses, damages, legal fees, or third-party claims arising out of my own conduct, failure to follow professional safety briefings, deceptive marketing strategies, or breach of these warranties.

I acknowledge and accept that marine operations depend entirely on safety parameters. The Company reserves the absolute right to cancel, alter, or relocate dive itineraries due to severe weather, marine storms, volcanic activity, or earthquakes.

Relocation. I accept that bookings made for the Gili Trawangan base or any expanding regional node may be temporarily rerouted or structurally modified during facility expansion periods.

Refund Framework. I understand that any cancellations, date changes, affiliate commission calculations, or operational adjustments are bound strictly by the tiered timelines in the Master Terms (processed securely through Stripe or Wise Business via Singapore).

This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of this liability framework or its regional network activities shall be referred to and resolved exclusively by arbitration or the competent courts of Singapore.

If any portion of this agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in full legal force and effect.
