This website, its centralized digital booking engine, B2B portals, and regional network interfaces are wholly managed, owned, and maintained by Signature Scuba Singapore Pte. Ltd. (the "Company").

The Company operates via a formal strategic business alliance with Signature Scuba Group Lombok (the "Group"), which acts as the localized ground operator of maritime tourism, diving centers, and hospitality facilities in Lombok, Indonesia.

By accessing this platform, submitting a partnership inquiry, utilizing our affiliate networks, or executing a digital payment, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the distribution of corporate responsibilities, jurisdictional boundaries, and liability limitations outlined herein.

Signature Scuba Singapore Pte. Ltd. acts as the sole authorized Merchant of Record for all multi-currency transactional traffic flowing through our digital infrastructure.

All physical activities, logistics, marine transport, and resort accommodations (including turnkey packages arranged through Thamarind Resort Gili Gede or Melati Resort) take place entirely within the physical territory of the Republic of Indonesia.

Fulfillment. The user contractually acknowledges that all physical dive operations, technical training courses, equipment rentals, water safety protocols, land tours, and lodging are executed solely on-site by the independent regional teams, facilities, and networks of the Group.

Operational Exclusions. The Company acts strictly as the regional digital booking distributor and financial engine. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for personal injury, property loss, illness, or operational disruptions occurring physically on-site during execution by local fulfillment teams. All participants are subject to the local ordinances of West Nusa Tenggara and the federal laws of Indonesia.

In strict compliance with the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and the Travel Agents Act 1975, the Company operates exclusively as an offshore digital distributor for localized Indonesian ground and water arrangements [TAA1975].

Transit Limitations. The Company does not retail, arrange, or facilitate international commercial aviation or passenger transit originating from or arriving into Singapore.

Traveler Responsibility. All international flight ticketing, border clearance requirements, passports, visas, and inbound transit to Indonesia must be coordinated and purchased independently by the traveler.

While the Company makes every reasonable effort to ensure that pricing matrices, dive site descriptions, room allocations, and network availability are accurate, all digital requests are subject to manual availability reviews.

Pricing Adjustments. The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or correct structural pricing variations or currency conversion gaps on manual invoices prior to final contract confirmation.

Network Nodes. Information regarding targeted expansion nodes into Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, or temporary expansion rerouting via Gili Trawangan represents preliminary intent only. Accessing these sections does not provision brand utility or territorial rights, which are managed exclusively under separate franchise or standalone Master B2B Operations Agreements executed under Singapore corporate law.

This Disclaimer, along with all associated platform frameworks, B2B alliances, and affiliate operations, shall be governed, construed, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these terms shall be referred to and resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Singapore.
