Master Regional Business & Booking Terms and Conditions

Singapore Corporate Engine. Signature Scuba Singapore Pte. Ltd. acts as the master regional administrative headquarters, intellectual property holder, financial engine, and Merchant of Record for the global network. All corporate agreements, platform usage permissions, and payment allocations are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Operational Integration (Lombok Core). All physical operations, dive training, localized hospitality management, and ground logistics are executed under the operational blueprint of Signature Scuba Group Lombok (Indonesia). Partners acknowledging these terms accept that Lombok serves as the core operational standard and flagship baseline for all regional expansions.

Jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of these regional business terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Merchant of Record Statement. Signature Scuba Singapore Pte. Ltd. is the ultimate Merchant of Record for all transactional traffic flowing through our digital infrastructure. The merchant name that will appear on the customer's bank or credit card statement will reflect this Singapore entity.

Currency & Dynamic Conversion. All digital transactions are processed securely through institutional-grade platforms, including Stripe or Wise Business. While travel and dive packages may be listed or quoted in USD, EUR, or SGD, any foreign exchange fees, conversion margins, or international transaction charges levied by the customer's issuing bank are their sole responsibility.

Accuracy of Information. The user or partner is entirely responsible for providing valid passports, current medical clearances, and verifiable diving certification proof during the booking process. Failure to produce valid documentation may result in service denial without a refund.

Customer Cancellations. We enforce a strict, tiered refund timeline for all consumer reservations.

Standard Individual Bookings Policy

This section governs individual day-excursions, daytime diving courses (Open Water, Advanced, Rescue, Divemaster), guided fun dive trips, Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) experiences, spearfishing trips, local transport, and island-hopping services.

Standard Accommodation Date Change Policy

For guests requesting new dates for their room reservations under a standard booking structure:

Modification requests are subject entirely to room availability up to 14 days before your arrival date.

Your diving activities booking remains 100% valid and will be moved to your newly requested dates free of charge, subject to dive boat and guide availability.

If our resort rooms are not available after making changes, we offer an immediate 90% refund of your room payment portion. You may book another hotel independently and continue your diving activities seamlessly with our dive centers.

Premium "Dive and Stay" Package Policy

Because bundled packages combine custom accommodation blocks at Thamarind Resort Gili Gede or partner locations alongside dedicated dive boat spaces, they are bound by highly protective scheduling exceptions:

Date-change requests are permitted up to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival, subject to room availability. If we are able to accommodate your request and rooms are available on your preferred dates, no fees will apply.

If we are unable to accommodate your new dates at our resort due to full occupancy, we will assist by recommending alternative properties in our immediate vicinity.

Special Group & Event Booking Policy

Certain bookings—including group reservations (6+ guests), private charters, liveaboard charters, and special events—involve the preparation and allocation of dedicated corporate resources and are classified as non-standard special requests.

Deposit Non-Refundable. The deposit paid for a group booking is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, even if the remaining balance is eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Within 30 Days. Group booking cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will not be refunded (0% refund).

Date Changes. Group booking changes to preferred event dates are permitted, provided they are requested at least 2 months before the original event date.

Full Payment Cancellations. If full payment has been made, cancellations are only accepted if the request is submitted at least 2 month before the event date.

Refund Amount. For group bookings, once a cancellation request is submitted in accordance with the clause above, a refund will be issued for the total amount paid, minus any discounts applied. This applies regardless of how early the cancellation request was made.

Weather and Force Majeure. Scuba diving and marine transits rely heavily on ocean, tidal, and weather conditions. Signature Scuba Group Lombok reserves the absolute right to cancel, postpone, or alter dive itineraries due to safety concerns, severe weather, or natural events (e.g., volcanic activity, earthquakes, marine storms). In such scenarios, the Company will determine whether a partial refund or a lifetime trip voucher will be issued.

Gili Trawangan Relocation Clause. All bookings made for the Gili Trawangan base are subject to temporary operational relocation or rerouting through our active facilities at Gili Gede or Kuta Lombok during our facility expansion period. This clause is effective until February 2027.

Medical Fitness. All divers must complete a standard medical questionnaire before entering the water. If a diver fails the questionnaire and does not possess a fresh, signed physician's clearance, they will not be permitted to dive, and standard short-notice cancellation fees will apply.

Assumption of Risk. Scuba diving carries inherent risks, including decompression sickness, equipment malfunction, and environmental hazards. By agreeing to these terms, participants sign an absolute liability release stating that Signature Scuba Singapore Pte. Ltd. and Signature Scuba Group Lombok are not liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss of life, except where caused by gross corporate negligence.

Insurance Requirement. All participants are contractually required to purchase valid travel insurance and dedicated dive accident insurance (such as DAN — Divers Alert Network or equivalent) before commencing any physical diving activities with the Lombok group.

Preliminary Intent Only. Accessing our B2B portal or submitting a partnership inquiry does not constitute a binding operational agreement. Turnkey dive center management at partner resorts requires an executed, standalone Master B2B Operations Agreement.

Operational Alignment. Partner resorts must strictly adhere to the safety, equipment, and customer service benchmarks established by the Signature Scuba brand and demonstrated by our flagship Lombok operations.

Integration Constraints. Resort partners agree to grant the Company necessary digital access required to cross-integrate room inventories and dive schedules into the Signature Scuba centralized booking engine.

Territorial Boundaries. This framework establishes terms for targeted expansion into primary Southeast Asian marine corridors, specifically including Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, and broader international zones.

Franchise Verification. Inquiries regarding franchising do not grant any territorial rights, brand utility, or operational intellectual property (IP). Rights are exclusively provisioned via a formal Signature Scuba Franchise Agreement executed under Singapore corporate law.

Operational Replication. All regional expansion nodes are contractually required to align their safety protocols, digital booking structures, and client delivery mechanisms with the operational blueprint modeled by Signature Scuba Group Lombok.

Tracking and Attribution. Members of the Signature Scuba Affiliate Program will receive custom tracking metrics linked to our centralized booking engine. Commissions are calculated based on successful, completed bookings, excluding cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks.

Payment & Disbursements. In accordance with our financial framework as Merchant of Record, all affiliate payouts, tracking settlements, and referral fees are cleared and disbursed securely from Singapore via enterprise platforms, including Stripe and Wise Business, subject to standard compliance holding periods.

Brand Alignment. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on trademarked keywords, executing deceptive SEO strategies, or misrepresenting the relationship between the regional Singapore hub and local operational footprints.

Cross-Border Settlement. All multi-currency client bookings, B2B settlement payments, and affiliate revenue shares are processed through our institutional-grade gateways in Singapore.

Financial Indemnity. Regional partners, affiliates, and sub-licensed operators indemnify Signature Scuba Singapore Pte. Ltd. against localized tax liabilities, currency fluctuations, or regional transaction processing penalties active within their specific operational territories.

Master Ownership. All trademarks, digital architecture, software interfaces, proprietary booking systems, training methodologies, and brand assets remain the sole, exclusive property of Signature Scuba Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Restrictions on Duplication. No part of this regional platform, corporate profile, or the operational frameworks demonstrated by our Lombok group may be duplicated, reverse-engineered, or exploited for competing commercial endeavors without express, written corporate authorization from our Singapore headquarters.
